Shay Mitchell is Canadian actress,model and businesswoman. Her most famous role is being the character Emily Fields in Freeform's Pretty Little Liars. After exceling in modeling and dancing, she wanted to get into acting, and began acting classes in Toronto. Mitchell landed guest roles and commercials prior to getting the breakthrough. Her acting talents were well-respected by critics and viewers alike. Then she went on to make her mark in the world of big screen with films like DreamlandMother's Dayand The Possession of Hannah Grace. She starred in"You," a psychological thriller, and it earned her with wider recognition. She is the author of an adult-oriented novel titled Bliss along in collaboration with Michaela Blaney.
